I started feeling bad about my weight. I want to re-lose 20# by the end of May and of course, with age and my low thyroid, it's always going to be a battle. It seems like one step forward, ten steps back.
I'm still bound and determined to lose this weight because I want to get back into some clothes of mine that are either too snug or just not comfortable to wear at all. I know I'll never be the size I was at 19 and before I had my son, but I know a 20# loss is doable for goodness sakes!
Like the heading on this post said, "I was feeling down, but not out." BTW...I WILL be watching "Biggest Loser" tonight and getting motivated. :)
