Every year I ask my son, who faithfully attends with his friends, to bring me back a corn dog.
I'm not asking for much, am I?
This is the second year I have asked and the second time he has not fulfilled my request. Always his answer is, "I ran out of money." Which I do believe because a simple corn dog is $4.75!

Anyway, my sister and I trodded up town. She wanted "Cheese on a Stick" and I got my corn dog. I also got an order of "fair fries" (hand cut, REAL french fries). They were good!

My second favorite, which I purchased and will eat tonight in the comforts of my own home is a "caramel apple with nuts."

What food(s) do you like best at a festival, fair or carnival?
I never leave a fair or festival without a caramel apple. No nuts though!
