SUSPECT #1: Hard to see, but a mud splotch over left eye.
SUSPECT #2: Near the scene of the crime. Tail looks familiar.
OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE!
CASE SOLVED...FLOOR RECLEANED.
The mud on my floors is most usually from my husband, not my dog! Hubby has those nubby soled shoes that hold onto the gooy stuff until he tracks it home from the construction site he visits regularly. Your pooch has the most "I'm so sorry!" eyes. Almost as loveable as my husband's. :)
